Got an ellipsis 7 tablet Oct 3, 2014. It failed to access the 4G network so tech support had me try a software upgrade that caused it to lockup. No in store replacement after 14 days. Sent to repair center in TX. Received there Nov 6. After multiple calls as of 12/16 nobody can tell me where the tablet is or when I will get it back. No credit offered only suspended payment. No new tablet...
