The sales and support staff at this location are extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me understand my phone and were aware that I did not purchase it at this store. I even phoned the store and received the same personal service.

I have waited in lines at Verizon Wireless corparate stores and had bad service but when I went into the store in Port Clinton on RT 53 I was treated very well and they took time with me and solved my problems and were very professional.I am a customer for Life!!
