to all of you who don't realize it, this store is only a "third party" authorized retailer... Go to the corporate store at Parker and 75. The employees are much better trained and will treat you respectfully. I will not go to any other store than that one!!!

I have used this one store 3 times as a depot for dropping off my Verizon Fios equipment when it is not working properly. Each and Every Time, they do not take care of the Back Office of the process, and I end up getting charged for having 4, or 5, or 6, DVR units, when I only have 3. Their in house systems are terrible, and there is nothing anyone on the phone with Verizon Customer Care can do..... You have to go BACK TO THE STORE to get it fixed, again. Stay away from this untrained, inadequate, minimalistic employees.

i recently was in this supposed "plus" store, and it was everything but a "plus" and the very large young hispanic woman that waited on me had a very foul and unpleasant odor, not like regular body odor but very distinct, the line was very very long no one spoke to me until it was my turn and then they told me they were out of cable boxes and to come back in 2 weeks. also one of the employees...

seriously, stay away from this store! After I caught an employee lying to me he threatened to kick me out of the store (no joke). Verizon has some very good products/services, so if you are interested, just go to a different location...
