whatever you do, don't go to this store. I took my new BlackBerry in to have the phone numbers downloaded from my old phone. After 15 minutes of working on it and involving other staff members it was decided that it couldn't be done because I had a "corporate" phone. I then went to the Bay Area store where the lady happily completed the work in less than one minute.
