Went there to get a new phone with a friend and the service was bad. Didn't even try to sell is the phone he told us the price and you get a rebate that's it. Then said you can go check out best...

Came in on Thursday morning at 11am and waited over 44 mins before leaving the store. Several customers waiting around not being helped. Really poor customer service with no management of waiting...

Every time I visited this store, I wished I had AT&T or Sprint. I don't believe the employees at this store are trained at all.
The hours posted on Facebook are wrong. They're only open until 8:00.

I upgraded 2 phone lines from basic to smartphones at wal-mart today, and then went to this Verizon store to transfer the contacts to the new phones. I got the contacts to the new phones, and then asked the associate to add total equipment coverage (insurance) on the 2 new phones, and remove the coverage from the 3rd line that is on an unlimited data package.
