Service sucks!!!!

this store honestly SUCKS! i went there today to simply upgrade my phone and the service was awful! plus the guy that was "helping" me was being very rude making me feel like there was no compromise. with him it was either take it or leave it. Very rude DO NOT recommend going here. this experience helped me decide on leaving verizon as a cell phone company.They have 5 less costumers now.

My wife just came from the Verizon store because a salesman said that certain equipment was free with her phone, then charged her, then said since she signed a receipt after being lied to that they won't refund her money.

This companys customer service suck really bad. I was in the store in the northridge mall and there were 6 employees not doing anything but taljing to one another. But yet there were 2 people in front of me. Took me 45 mins just to get helped. I have come to this store many time and its the same thing. Piss poor service. That is why i switched to sprint.
