Terrible service, they spend so much time trying to up sell you before even taking care of your primary need. When it comes to the programs they offer either they skip the vital information that would make you think twice before agreeing, or the employees are just oblivious to the ins & outs of their own programs. BEWARE the "Device Installment Plan" & "Verizon Edge" are scams..you will pay...
