When I first came to Milwaukee I subscribed to a different service...it was expensive and unreliable - then I was lucky enough to get a family plan with Verizon! Reliability and minor service...

I bought a netbook and it didn't work. I took the netbook back well within the 30 days, and was handed a bill for $109.74, which I paid.

I was handed a credit for a total of $427.00 that was to go back on my card. Was told by Jonese, this goes right back on your Visa.

Checked my bank account, the $109 was immediately taken out, but no credit. Called and after 43, yep, 43 min on hold,...
