Ask for Steve! We went on a Saturday (I work all week) expecting a wait, but we were helped right away. Transition to my new phone was seamless and I love it! Best experience I've had (I've had to wait an hour at other places just to be helped).

I just wanted to share my positive experience at the Verizon Store in McHenry. My phone was not charging. It was not time for an upgrade and I was worried it was going to be an expensive trip. The sales person troubleshot the phone and discovered it was just a problem with the cord. Since I purchased the cord at the Verizon store within the past 12 months they replaced it for FREE.
