Terrible customer service! They don't want to deal with issues and tell you there is nothing they can do to help! Lies, lies, lies..... They are just plain lazy! Punt you to customer service....

Beware!!!!!! This is not a Verizon owned franchise. They are selling insurance that Verizon does not support and doing everything possible to add unneeded extras into your contract. For example, they talked me into buying their off brand insurance (which I am OK with) but then they also slipped the real Verizon insurance into my bill. Luckily it was only a few months. Obviously Verizon is not...
