When I come in to get a phone, I don't want to be offered everything under the sun! That is why I order online, no other sales pitches, just get what I need and be done! After a certain point it is just rude to keep going on and on.
I don't need a new iPad, home security system, home phone, or accessories, just the phone I came for!!!!

Purchased the "Brilliance" cover from the store. Costed 85.00 Dropped it on Soft Grass and it broke. Very flimsy poorly made for the price and Store Manager would not Replace. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store and WILL NEVER buy another thing there again! I was able to get the cover replaced thru Verizon over the phone, they are replacing it via the mail. You would think the store...
