Lying no good salesman they add stuff to your account without your knowledge will never go to Verizon again and am going to cancel home phone and Internet with them as well

45 minute wait before we were helped. Then the tech guy said we would have to fix the problem ourselves at home on our desktop. Horrible service. Very frustrating.
