Not surprised their average rating is 2 stars. I went into the store 2 nights ago and was ignored for 10 minutes and watched as someone after me get immediately approached by one of the Verizon reps, get their name added to their list, asked what his problem was, etc.I was not going to stay and watch someone who showed up 10 minutes after I did get help before me. I left frustrated.
I've had nothing but frustrating experiences in this Verizon store. We went in to exchange a phone case that I'd gotten for Christmas.
