We wanted to replace a 2 year old phone for little or no money and Kelly made it happen for us. Took just over an hour to get hooked up with a new Motorola. Thanks Kelly!

I have been to other Verizon dealers and this one is still the best that's why it is always so busy. I think they work on commission so you have to be prepared to say no many times to all the extras they want to sell you.

I don't think they are even worth commenting on other than to say they do not treat people equally! It doesn't seem like this would be legal, but it's not worth fighting over.
