Verizon wireless has a new scam.. Go in to upgrade your phone and then they put you on a phone payment plan (to pay full retail price) without informing you. Then they wait a whole month before it shows up in your bill, so that you cannot fight/change it, because it isn't within their 14 day window. Be very careful signing up for a new phone with verizon.
