I am a Verizon customer and was trying to upgrade my phone to the Galaxy Nexus. Customer Service at this store is terrible. The employees must get paid by the hour - they are certainly not paid to help the customers. I had to ask if anyone was actually helping customers and then I was placed on a waiting list.
