One star is too high a rating for Veracity Networks. Their customer service/technical support is unacceptable. They advertise 24x7 technical support and that is simply not true. My internet was down all of Sunday and when I called I was greeted with a message that their hours were M-Sat and if I was experiencing any issues to leave a message and a customer service agent would contact me next business day. I left a message and at 4:30 pm Monday and I still had not received a call. This is not the first time this has happened. At one time when we had faulty equipment, they continually...
