Not qualified to install new doors

I put a lot of trust in this company considering they are called, Venture Windows and Doors. I figured it'd be a no brainer to hire them to install my new back door. My trim is crooked, they didn't prime it, but more importantly there was no support on the threshold. I hired another contractor to fix their work and he was appalled. I recently had Venture Windows do a big, fifteen window installation for me. They're a local company and I had heard good things so I hired them to help me out. The first time they came, they only came with ten windows of the correct size so I had to schedule a second appointment. Also, one of the windows is still not working properly so I will have to call them to come back one more time....

I had 11 windows installed in a rental property. All windows were manufactured and installed wrong. All had to come back out. Second windows were better, but one was installed with a broken pane of glass. They actually left the sharp broken glass in the window for almost 2 weeks. No one cared that this was a danger to my tenant. Only concern is speed of install not quality.

Venture Window did a window replacement and were on schedule and on time. The product and service is good and they clean up afterwards--$@!#% and span. Highly recommended.
