I have been renting at the Ventura Mini Warehouse for 12 Years. It has always been well maintained and the management has always been great. Michelle, the current Manager does an excellent job keeping the place clean and secure and is available at all times. I highly recommend this business.
I have been renting at this place for over 5 years and have never had any problems what so ever. The manager is always very friendly and helpful if I need anything. The place is always very clean and well organized.

Had a storage unit at this location and the staff was helpful. Anytime I called I had pleasant conversation with the manager and she was always polite and anytime I needed anything or had questions there was no problems getting help. I would refer this place to anyone. I have never had any issues and If i need to store anything else I will go back.
The manager's are not professional. The woman who I believe is the actual manager is over riden by her husband who will change things she has told you such as "you can pay me the rest of the deposit by friday". I've spoken with many of the other customers who tell me their horror stories such as they slap their locks on too quickly locking you out. And the managers are...
