Development Acceleration - minimal timezone impact

At Hootsuite, we engaged with Velocity Partners to accelerate development for a project which was under resourced. The combination of excellent development experience, product knowledge and a minimal timezone shift has proven to be very successful. Velocity has been very easy to deal with and well worth the budget that we allocated to the project.
