Veldon's is the most reliable laundry service I've had in Provo. I have used them for 1.5+ years, and have been 100% satisfied with their service. They charged about $15-45 less than the other stores we priced when going to get my wife's wedding dress cleaned, and they did a stellar job. The owner is just a great guy. Takes care of his customers.

I accidentally left $30 in the pockets of my slacks when I had them dry cleaned here. The owner came out when I picked them up and informed me that he put the money in an envelope and attached it to the hanger my slacks were hanging on. I always thought these guys rocked as cleaners, but now I'm sold-- I'm coming here for all my dry cleaning.

Didn't get a simple stain out of a pair of pants. Their facility just seemed dirty to me and the location isn't the best. I will find a different dry cleaner.

I decided to do business with Veldon's Dry Cleaners to clean my comforter. I dropped it off and found out the price was 300% more than what they had told me it would be over the phone.
They told me the comforter would be ready for pick up on the coming Friday by 4pm. I came in on Saturday to pick up my comforter and it was not ready! They did not have the decency to call to let me know it...
