They are not professional. I got the impression that they did not care. I have problem feet, being a diabetic, and they had few suggestions in a shoe that would be right for me. They told me it would take 2 weeks to order a shoe and they had few styles to choose from. The salesman looked sloppy and unskilled dealing with problem feet.
