In addition to veterinary services and products they sell gift items. On Aug 29, 2008 I purchased a clock & returned it three days later because I wasn't able to remove the price tag w/o damaging the finish. Their company policy is that staff cannot issue credit backs to credit card purchases,nor can they issue cash refunds. Only the owner's wife, Mrs. Kathy Griffiths, can authorize refunds. I was told I would receive a refund check in the mail within six to eight weeks. I have been waiting now for nearly 16 weeks and still no check. Repeated calls to the business have been unsuccessful. Mrs. Griffiths has not returned any messages left for her. I've resorted to filing complaints with the BBB, CA Dept of Consumer Affairs and the Consumer Unit of the County DA's office in an attempt to get my refund. There also appears to be a violation of CA Civil Code 1723 which covers merchant requirements for returns and refunds. It's unbelievable that businesses still operate this way.
Great staff. Very friendly got us in righty away with our animal. They always have 2 doctors working and they communicate very well

sunset animal center is a great place to connect with a doctor for your animal. my family has been taking our animals there for over 20 years. and they always take such great care of our animals. and when we had to put our animals down they always take care of us and the animals after in such a great way. I recommend them.
We have had our animals at this vet ever since we started getting animals. We have now lost 2 dogs and 2 cats and the entire staff always signs cards to send to us. Then we get a plaque with the animals name on it. They are caring and wonderful!! Dr. Wallace is just one of the many great veterinarians there. Will never take our animals anywhere else.
Been bringing our cats here for 15 years. Had 2 spayed here as well as shots/apts when sick. Very caring staff, highly recommended.
