Oh I never had ever had such a negative experience with a doctor. So I went today and here is how the desaster unfolded. In gerneal WORST experience ever especially Dr. Amie Knieper.

I dont like VCA at all .My dog bite my other dogs eyes and she had an infection .We took her to vca and they chraged us 400 something.Right then 2 or 3 weeks we came for a checkup they didnt tell us we needed to pay 53 dollar so then they called our house a month later saying we owe them 53 dollars??What the heck is that I wouldnt refer VCA TO anyone at all dont come here come to a diffrent...

AT VCA Orchard Plaza it really depends on who you draw for a vet here. I took my two cats there for years and was very happy. The staff was especially nice. One day my male developed a problem and I drew a vet at VCA that I had not worked with before. Bottom line -- VCA is the most expensive vet in town. The quality of care is ok, but their #1 concern is money, not your pet. If you want true, honest quality care, find a different vet who doesn't have dollar signs in their eyes when you bring your pet in for an exam. The staff is friendly, yes, but doesn't excuse the mark-up on prescription prices and xray costs and infinite add-ons to any...

I was very happy with this office. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The doctor was great with my pet and took very good care of my cat. I highly recommend this office.
