They quote your for services they think your pet needs upon the initial visit. Then what ever services you agree to, you have pay a down payment for the services to commence. I provided VCA with all my dogs current treatment, current x-rays and ultra sounds. They were unable to tell me what is wrong with my dog after they performed there services and went over his records.and he is still throwing up uncontrollably today. I could not believe how horrible their lack of compassion was for a poor dying animal. I was turned away from VCA after bringing in a wild animal that was injured and not having the ability to pay the 100+ dollars to be able to lay it to rest. I had to watch the animal struggle for hours on end gasping for air, because they were to inhumane to help it without a financial incentive. I would never ever recommend this place!
