Bought a set of batteries. One had a bunch of bumps under the wrap but was assured by the employee that it was safe. Got curious and unwrapped it to see what it was and the battery had rusted out. If it was sold to me like that and your employee told me it was safe and fine anyways. But you won't replace your own screw up? Way to go. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The same person that sold me a tank, and gave me a great review later told me that my tank wasn't worth having and I needed a better tank. No matter what problem you have they solve it by selling you something else.
I'll never go back.

I love this place, we had a problem with one of our vapes, so I called the Gladstone store to find out what happened had return to the store got a replacement and they treated each customer as if they had known them from years. Very knowledgeable about about the juices and type of tanks. And got the right amount of nicotine for each of us.
