Wow the response to joy.moorefield is unbelievable! I worked at Cinsay for a few months and tht type of activity was without a doubt a normal thing for them. Manager's would have KEG's OF BEER in their office. They would not only acknowledge that sales ppl were using fake accounts, THEY WOULD ENCOURAGE IT! They would, like Joy said, buy prepaid visa cards and sign an account up with it or sale...
This company is supper onorganized and has no direction at all. As a formaer employee I can tell you, the ppl handling your accounts have absolutly NO traning at all. They threw me on the floor on my first day and I was fumbling my way thru each accout, making a thousand mistake. Don't take my word for it, ask any customer of Cinsay, They'll tell you the same.
Bad business, poor quality in effective customer service. I was solicited into what I thought was a good business move, in which seemed to be at a good price. I was then charged twice that amount, for 3 months. When I called to have that difference refunded, they said they could not do that for whatever reason though they acknowledged I was overcharged.
