The gal that runs this place, apparently has taken over from the original owner. It's family owned, so perhaps it was her father that I remember doing business with back in the day. Great service...

Wished to get a repair, left the item with the business along with deposit. No firm estimate was offered in two weeks, and when I went to retrieve the item, storeowner yelled and would not return full deposit. Eventually the police had to be called in order to retrieve item. Never again.

Absolutely the most DISCOURTEOUS and UNACCEPTABLE treatment that I have ever received from any business ever, including in the Northeast. The extremely RUDE woman to whom the previous reviewer alludes is evidently the owner, Sharon, who not only kept a potential customer waiting for a firm estimate over the course of two weeks but also yelled to the customer both on the phone and in person. The owner apparently has so much work that she can afford to treat people badly: speaking on the phone, making people wait as she carries on her insipid conversations. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
