A 100.00USD deposit is charged upon check-in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refundable at check-out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hoiurs check-in must call extension 500 and security guard will be paged to assist guests. II could not book a room for three nighs at any price. Was informed by a new employee that there was no way to stay only 3 nights, also would have to pay a $300 deposit and it would not be refunded., said ther was no one elseI could talk to.. Don't know what is going on , Evidently they are not in the hotel business.
