I made a purchase in February special order. Due to puck up 04/30/20 today is 08/19/20 I went inn yesterday to find ny furniture was never ordered. I had been calling for about 5days and no one told me. I went in and they said it will be there in November. Wow!!! They offered ne 150$ gift card that lication is BAD BUSINESS
They just decided to change my delivery date by an entire week without telling me. I call to find out what's happening and why it isn't being delivered when I agreed in store and they respond with "I can't help what they told you before, I can't do anything for you". So yeah, that's their customer service.
