Very disappointed that mold started growing everywhere in the house and to add insult to injury, this company deducted cleaning costs from our deposit and now we have to take them to small claims court. This family owned company has a badly managed, "my way or the highway" approach and doesn't care anything about the quality of life for anyone in the community.

Family owned business has monopoly on many Orofino rentals. Their business motto seems to be, "Our Way or the Highway", especially when they steal a great portion of their renters security deposits. Orofino has a lot of old houses and lots of mold. Becautiful environment but really needs better property management.
