Excellent Service YP.com

I have been doing business with this shop for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable in car repair and customer service. This is an independent shop and the staff has been directed to just make things right for the customer without the red tape of having to talk to the boss. They even offer a free drink from the store while your car is being serviced. Fair prices...

Deceiving!!! YP.com

The valley ranch valero overcharged me, added on things I didn't even need and still didn't fix the problem. In fact, they told me that something else was the problem! I am a student on loans and they got me for 450 dollars and not to mention the time it took for them to do it! The Manager, Mark, seems nice and quite helpful... Ha!! It's all part of the act. Don't be duped like me!!!
