The buildings are not very sound proof. I can hear my upstairs neighbors a lot. Anytime someone walks up and down the stairs it sounds like they are stomping. the parking is very limited and it has gotten worse and worse during the last year. Our allotted parking space is a lot smaller than most others as they put a cement block in it so every though we have a smaller car we cannot fit...
If you want a nice apartment and a great office staff then this is the place for you. The office staff are incredible! The apartments are nice as well and I have not had any issues being here and that is hard to come by in Dallas. Its near dining, shopping at the Galleria and a few bars that have good happy hours!
