Took my money destroyed my vacation

I reserved room threw priceline for 3 days a/c did not work and they was rude and we agreed on refund and they only refunded part of my money 3 days later and then took another $49.00 out of my account less then 2 hours later worse experance ever have to take them and priceline to court now what a vacation never go there worse place i ever been to

Well the hotel is more like a motel or even less than a motel Our room was horrible the toilets seats were disgusting The mattresses where the old kind the bed sheets and towels We're old the towels had lots of black stains and they look Like rag\n\nThe bed sheets were so old same with the pillow cases, the bathroom sinks Had cracks the walls were moldy and had black stains all over , it was so...

The price is reasonable for location and I have stayed here numerous times\n\nI complained about the shower causing a flood and was told after I check out she will fix the problem my family and I were unable to shower.
