This restaurant is owned and operated by what must an authentic Italian. The food was so spot on that we ate every bite!

We rode the free trolley. This restaurant is conveniently located close to a trolley stop. It was a hot evening but we really wanted to dine on their patio given the beautiful view. Unfortunately, all of the outdoor tables were taken so we were seated...

This was our sixth or seventh visit to Va Bene (we come to Duluth every summer) and it was again an excellent visit. We love the patio seating overlooking the lake - intimate and not over-crowded. The staff were great and welcoming and our meal...

Simple lunch simply wonderful

Enjoyed the pappardelle with scallops. Done to perfection. Light sauce, just the right amount of orange glaze. Can't wait to have it again!! Nathan was the good guy that took care of me, he is gracious and efficient. This place just never disappoints.

The place was recommended by one of our groups friend....we looked forward to it. We were seated by the wonder who stated it was the best table in the house...the view was awesome...that was the best part. Our waitress informed us she was only helping...
