Dr Ricketts has been my family doctor for many years and I highly recommend him. He is a very down to earth person who spends lots of time with you and he is very good at listening to your needs and working with you. In December I had a physical and blood work drawn. I was called three weeks later and asked to come back in because they had concerns with one of my samples. 3 weeks! I came back in and one week later (and several phone calls later), I am still waiting on my results for a test that should have/could have been read the same day.
