they are so bad and they are so rude they do not know their business gave the a the serial number for my oven they gave and sold me the wrong part i do not want to give them any star for that fact but yahoo asks me to and after i put the part in my oven sparked from behind and they will do nothing about it. they should not be in bussiness

i.e., A local favorite, or highly I have to say that I was quit impressed. My GE drier went out and I was calling around Friday morning to see if any one could come out and fix it and how much a service call was. V & B's service call was only $45 and they said they could have someone out that day. I actually had someone at the house less than 2 hours after I called. He went back and forth from...

I agree with the man who left a comment the lady who anwsered the phone was rude. but the did have my part . if the other place would not have been closed i would have gotten my part from another place or ordered it offline i just dont want to have to wait.

I called these guys and my first impression is bad.... The lady that answered the phone was not polite at all.....
I am waiting now for her to call me back to see if they can send a tech today.... I will write a review again as an follow up.

He fixed my frig in 45 mins, on Christmas day and only charged me 150.00. He was the second repairman..the first company stayed at my home for almost 3 hrs...didn't fix it, charged me 190.00 for the call out and quoted me 700.00 to repair the frig, but couldn't do it until 2 days after Christmas day. V&B Appliance and Service is the Greatest!!!!
