Used faulty materials then disappeared

We hired Utah Timber Frame to build a Pergola over our Patio in the back yard. It looked great, however the materials they used were not 100% and some of the structure started to warp/check much more than what is considered normal for heavy timber. Travis Jessop and Charese Locke worked with us to correct this, or at least said they would. After Travis came out to inspect he said that he would need a few weeks to free up schedule and thats when calls and emails stopped being responded to and ultimately their business phone line is now disconnected.
