I am happy to say. UBB has done it again. They sent out a tech after the Christmas holiday to fix my service which was knocked out by the storm we had over Christmas. We were getting 0.20Mbps/.0.5Mbps and speeds were slow. After the tech came and fixed the issue, we are now getting a full 18Mbps/2Mbps speeds.
