I recently was had some furnace problems so I did what most everyone would do when they are experiencing a problem, call someone to fix it. I had recently visited The Cannery Center boutique just over in North Ogden. While I was there I noticed that Utah Air was in the same building so I decided to use them for my service. When I first contacted Utah Air they were very kind to me over the phone, and tried to help me resolve the problem. But we came to the conclusion that I needed a technician to come out and look at my furnace.

This is truly a case of buyer beware. This company is more concerned with it's bottom line than it's customers. I had the misfortune of dealing with this company when I had furnace issues. Turns out I had a lot more issues than the furnace though.

I called them when my furnace was making really strange noises that could be heard through the vents. The gentleman came to the door listened to the vents, opened the door to the furnace, listened, shut the door and said ""I have no idea, I'll have to go under the house."" I proceeded to open the crawl space cover only to find 2-3 feet...
