They lost business to discount tire. The cheapest set of 195/65/15 they had was $550+ installed. They were also very pushy to get me to set up an appointment on getting a set installed. No thanks.

I had a free oil change coupon through a fund raiser and the oil change was done in less than 1/2 hour. Another place in Otsego made me wait almost 2 hours to get a the same service through another fund...
