Needed help with a package this morning and the AM Manager went out of her way to find it and give it to me on the loading dock. Very helpful. They would not take a tip! Great service.

The operation of the Summit US Post Office I can only describe as dysfunctional. Numerous misdeliveries - large quantities of mail addressed to neighbors, different streets, even different towns...

As of 3/14/2013, Summit Post Office business hours are: Mon~Fri: 10am~4pm. Sat:10am~1pm. Its local phone number is listed in 411DotCom. Call before you drop by. You may be surprised by its newer & shorter business hours. The old hours were 8am~5pm; those were the good old days.
