Lines are ALWAYS long, clerks are ALWAYS rude, and at least two out of the three self-service machines are ALWAYS out of order. Plus it is very messy and looks like a hurricane just went through....

Do not get your passport here. Terrible customer service. Inconvenient. Every time I've had anything to do with this post office it has been painful.
