I totally agree with the other review. I live in roy and unfortunately have a box there. everytime I go into the office, the employees look like they hate there job. they never smile. not once. and I feel uncomfortable everytime i go in there they seem irritated or mad or something. they let the phone ring and ring, while they just stand around and talk. i remember standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the phone rang over and over, and I was the only person in the office. then the person who came over to help me finally, was in fact rude all the way around.
