I was quickly acknowledged after a 20 minute attempt to call with constant busy signals. Then placed on hold for exactly 25minutes 32 seconds. I finally gave up. I was trying to inform then of a nondelivery to my home although on line it stated delivered on the day before. I still have no resolution.
