If you have an emergency and need a locksmith you should defintley call them. Someone gave me their phone number when I lost my car keys and had to get to work. They sent me someone in about 15 minutes and he made me new keys quickly.

I can not complain, the locksmith they did a great job installing dead bolts for me and he did it fast. I will keep their number on speed dial.

They really are the experts at what they do... They got me back in the house at 3am when I got locked out taking the dog for a late night walk. They came fast like within 30minutes and they take credit cards too. Great friendly service I thought the people answering the phones were very helpful and courteous.

I called to ask for an appointment for a lock repair and the person who answered the phone had a terrible attitude from the start. I told him what was happening but did not even have a chance to explain further than the basics to him before he started to making a sound of being annoyed (""ugh"") and HUNG UP ON ME.
