Wholly hell!! What's the point of displaying a phone number online that is mandatory to call when you have to schedule a passport appointment...but no one answers?! I have called back to back...

Rude customer service support and lazy employees. Will let the phone ring off the hook or pick up only to immediately to put you on a 15 minute hold.

This is your typical post office. Of the few times I have gone, I have not experienced super long lines. And while the employees are not rude, they are not friendly either.
