This is the worst location. The service is bad they never answer the phone then when you go in it gets worst. AVOID if possible.

This post office is by far the worst. With the exception of one or two, the service is awful. It's sad that people have to be treated this way. No one answers the telephone and mostly the rudeness that's encountered is not necessary. Mail is opened and no explanation. Someone should monitor the things going on at this location.

This is perhaps the worst Postal office in the Chicago area....RUN!!!!!!!! THEY STEAL!!!! I purchased items on two different occasions from BEBE online, I have not received either order. The USPS tracks these items under the following tracking numbers (9102901001300126095515), which is said to have attempted delivery on 12/4...and (9102901001300134175964) which is said to have been delivered on 12/18. I have been having problems with delivery of parcel package delivery for some time .I have made complaints to the Supervisor,letting her know what happening,packages left outside on the street,no notices being left saying I have a package,the only way I'm aware a package should be delivered is I track it own my computer.I think that this is un-profesional and and cruel.
