Staff is fine but they are always understaffed. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes, esp during lunch and end of day. My lord it's ridiculous.

We had our 12-12-12 wedding on the sky deck it was a great experience! They blocked off one of the ledges for us to use for the ceremony. It was us and the kids and it was also really great that we had a little audience of people watching us as we got married! They also put a welcome message up for us by the sign when you first walk out of the elevators! I love this experience it was so...

This is an outstanding venue. All of our guests loved it. The staff was great to work with. My only wish was they had more caterers to work with. You have the choice of two.

You might be asking, "why would someone bother to review a post office? they're all basically the same...lousy experience but just suck it up and get it done." Not so with the Willis Tower post...
