Katie Sikorski is one of the best customer service people I have dealt with in a long time! She is super friendly, helpful, and is extremely knowledgeable about the plans, contracts, and devices they have. Normally, dealing with cell phone companies has been like pulling teeth, but thankfully this has been a much better experience.
